At Soul Dancer Conference, we leave the trophies and the pressure at the door. For three unforgettable days we come together to move, to grow, to be inspired, and remember why we fell in love with dance in the first place.  

With a full heart and a whole lot of excitement, Michelle Soutier and I invite you to join us for the 2026 DLTC! This milestone year celebrates 30 years of sharing the passion, the challenges, and the joy of dance education. And for the first time ever, we’ll be gathering oceanfront!
We’ll be together at the newly renovated Diplomat Beach Resort—a stunning setting where we can learn, connect, and recharge.
