The National Consortium of Breast Centers' 29th Annual Interdisciplinary Breast Center Conference (NCoBC2019) will be held at The Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino on March 15-20, 2019.
It is with great pleasure that we inform you that Century Expo Services has been selected again as your official general contractor for the upcoming NCoBC 2019 conference.
This site will allow NCoBC2019 exhibitors to order Century Expo Services.

Exhibitor Set and Dismantle Information
Freight Move-In Thursday—March 14, 2019 12:00pm — 4:00pm
Exhibitor Set-Up Friday— March 15, 2019 9:00am — 9:00pm*
Exhibitor Dismantle Monday—March 18, 2019 1:45pm — 10:00pm**
Freight Forced Monday—
March 18, 2019 10:00pm—NO Exceptions
*Set up AFTER 9 pm on Friday 3/15 will be fined $500—NO SATURDAY set up.
**There will be an $800 fine if your booth is torn down prior to 1:45 pm 3/18/19
Every exhibitor must complete the first link: "CONFIRM PROVIDED BOOTH PROPERTIES"
Booth Property/ Exhibit Hall Information
Each 10’ x 10’ booth space will be equipped with:
8’ WHITE Back Drape + 3’ WHITE Side Drape
1– 6’ Skirted Table (White Skirt)
1- Waste Basket
2– Side Chairs
1– 7” x 44” ID Sign
The Exhibit Hall is carpeted
Booth height restriction in the Exhibit Hall is: 25’
Cancellation Policy: Any items ordered and then cancelled after delivery to booth will be subject to a 50% charge of the standard price.
