Dance Teacher Web in the same space they use for their Vendor Hall at Planet Hollywood. So, for the first time ever, we are inviting vendors to join us as we kick off a new season with leadership training and relationship building! We wholeheartedly believe that the way forward in the dance industry is to work together!
Exhibitor Set and Dismantle Information
Exhibitor Set-Up Monday - July 24, 2023 1:00pm — 5:00pm
Exhibitor Dismantle Wednesday - July 26, 2023 12:00pm —1:30pm*

Every exhibitor must complete the first link: "CONFIRM PROVIDED BOOTH PROPERTIES"
Booth Property/ Exhibit Hall Information
Each 8’ x 10’ booth space will be equipped with:
8’ BLACK Back Drape + 3’ BLACK Side Drape
1– 6’ Skirted Table (BLACK Skirt)
1- Waste Basket
2– Side Chairs
1– 7” x 44” ID Sign
The Exhibit Hall is carpeted
Booth height restriction in the Exhibit Hall is: 16’
Cancellation Policy: Any items ordered and then cancelled after delivery to booth will be subject to a 50% charge of the standard price.
