Exhibitor Set-Up Thursday —August 4, 2022 10:00am — 7:00pm
Exhibitor Dismantle Sunday—August 7, 2022 3:30pm — 7:00pm
Freight Forced Sunday—August 7, 2022 7:00pm—NO Exceptions
Every exhibitor must complete the first link: "CONFIRM PROVIDED BOOTH PROPERTIES"
Booth Property/ Exhibit Hall Information
Each 8’ x 10’ booth space will be equipped with:
8’ BLACK Back Drape + 3’ BLACK Side Drape
1– 6’ Skirted Table (BLACK Skirt)
1- Waste Basket
2– Side Chairs
1– 7” x 44” ID Sign
The Exhibit Hall is carpeted
Booth height restriction in the Exhibit Hall is: 16’
Cancellation Policy: Any items ordered and then cancelled after delivery to booth will be subject to a 50% charge of the standard price.
